All terrain vehicles (ATV), for exploring the desert and canyons, can be rented in nearby Los Barriles. Wind surfing or kite surfing as well as scuba diving are also popular activities on the East Cape. Kayaks, horseback riding, and massages can all be arranged at Hotel Buena Vista.
